Thorax B My Valenthyme (Italy) (owned by Gianantonio Tosi) boasts an excellent show result from the Swiss SBT Club Show over the weekend. Judge: Mr George O'Sullivan (Ireland). Results: 1st Place Open Bitches; Excellent CAC and Reserve Best in Show! Congratulations to Tony and his father - they also took Best In Show with CH Ringmaster Quest For Fame.

This weekend was the first weekend out for 15 month old Solo as Breed Champion. Both days at large shows in Atlanta, Georgia, he went BOB over several ranked specials and topped that by going on to Terrier Group 1st place on Saturday. All three under different judges. All of them said he was among the best, if not the best, Stafford they had ever seen in the USA. The Terrier Group contained several (5 or 6) Multiple Best In Show Terriers - among them the most highly awarded Miniature Schnauzer in US history.

Thorax Solo Thyme "Solo" (USA) attained American Championship status on 22 August! He was only shown 4-5 times and received 4 major wins from that limited exposure.
Thorax B My Valenthyme "Vale" (Italy) won BOB at the International Show of Innsbruck (Austria) under Austrian SBT breeder-judge Leopold Hoffmann.
SA CH Thorax Sweetvalenthyme "Willow" (mother of Solo) won 1st Champion Bitches at Goldfields Kennel Club on 21 August 2004.
As most of you already know, Jakes and I have moved to the UK. We flew from SA on 23 September 2003. We are now settled in the town of Kenfig Hill, Bridgend, about halfway between Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales. We moved to Kenfig Hill from the village of Pencoed recently. We are happy to report that after a few hitches, Jakes' work permit has finally come through in December 2003 (with an accompanying spousal visa for myself). The girls Magenta and Audrey have completed their required 6 months of quarantine and are happily back at home, where they belong!

Thorax Fine Thyme "Natasha" owned by Ida Strauss, South Africa, has won her first 2 point CC! She now needs 3 more CC points to become SA Breed Champion.
